Most modern softwares are designed for the comfort of high-speed, always-on offices. But the physical world—where businesses operate warehouses, retail branches, and local factories—is different. It requires dealing with spotty internet, offline limits, and local USB hardware. ERPDesktop was built because we believe the cloud shouldn't stop at the USB port.
We are BatchNepal, an engineering team based in Kathmandu. ERPDesktop started as a single integration: a client needed their cloud ERP to communicate securely with biometric attendance hardware across local branches. Solving that properly — offline queues, device failover, encrypted sync — turned into a platform. Today ERPDesktop runs in production across hundreds of business deployments.

Built for Continuity
Web systems are elegant but fragile once they leave the data center. If the network drops, a retail checkout or a warehouse log shouldn't freeze with it. ERPDesktop is local-first by design, so operations keep running through an outage — not just recover faster from one.
Engineering at the Hardware Layer
Writing a web API is straightforward. Writing stable drivers for USB thermal printers and biometric scanners across a dozen legacy firmware versions is not. That's the layer most vendors avoid, and where we've built our deepest expertise.
Centralized IT Control
Teams managing dozens of branch terminals shouldn't have to touch each one individually. ERPDesktop gives administrators full visibility and control over every connected machine from a single seat.
